Please contact us to discuss your event's vision to determine if Valhalla Resort can accommodate your needs and budget. Should you decide to host your event with us, we will provide a contract for you to sign. Once the retaining fee is paid, your event date will be officially secured.
Yes, a retainer fee is necessary, and the amount varies depending on the type of event you are planning. The full payment is required 30 days prior to the event.
Payments can be made via e-transfer.
The retainer fee is non-refundable if the event is canceled within 30 days of the event date.
Facilities and Amenities
Yes, your furry family members are welcome at Valhalla, we just ask that you keep your dogs on a leash while on the property and clean up after them.
Yes, WIFI is available via StarLink at the Chalet and Hunter’s Cabin. There is no WIFI at the Prospector's Wall Tent but there is ample cell service.
Yes, Valhalla Resort offers ample parking for all guests. We have convenient parking areas close to all accommodations and facilities, ensuring easy access for vehicles of all sizes. There is no additional fee for parking at our resort.
At this time we do not offer RV Hook Ups. But have plenty of space to park RVs, if this is something you are still interested in please contact us.
Valhalla Resort is not an all-inclusive resort. Our accommodations provide the essentials for a comfortable stay, but meals and other services must be arranged independently. Nearby dining options and grocery stores are available for guest convenience.
Yes, restroom facilities are available on-site for the convenience of all our guests, located near common areas and accommodations.
